Your new role
The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the Managing Director.
They collaborate with managers and employees across the business to provide human resources generalist functions as well as operational and strategic human resources advice.
The Human Resources Manager is instrumental in providing advice and support to drive business performance initiatives, including employee engagement, retention, capability, culture, development, policy and practice.
The Human Resources Manager will foster a positive and collaborative work culture and will promote continuous learning and development.
Leading and managing the Human Resources function, the position works closely with the Managing Director to set and communicate HR operations, objectives, delegate tasks and projects, and provide mentoring.
Additionally, this role involves managing workers' compensation and rehabilitation, overseeing employee benefit programs, training, recruitment, learning and development, recognition and reward, and maintaining Human Resources systems.
It ensures compliance with relevant legislation, statutory obligations, and accurately reporting on Human Resources data.
