Position Overview Luv-a-Duck is looking for a full-time HR Advisor based in Nhill, Victoria.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Advisor will be responsible for providing general administration assistance and coordinating the day-to-day people operations for the Nhill Plant & Livestock departments.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting the HR Manager in reviewing and developing human resource policies and procedures Supporting managers with HR processes, including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation Administering letters of offer and managing employment status changes Coordinating recruitment and selection activities Maintaining the HRIS database, employee records, and performance management data Processing time and attendance records, allowances, leave requests, and remuneration reviews Actively participating in the Annual Performance Review process Ensuring adherence to OHS and quality guidelines Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR operations, with a focus on aligning training needs with business goals.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred 2 years experience in HR operations Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to engage staff and management at all levels Burmese language proficiency (advantageous) As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication, the ability to handle difficult conversations with ease, and strong emotional intelligence to balance professional and personal interactions.
