Human Resources Generalist

Community Services (Not For Profit) Wodonga Full time permanent opportunity $42ph + super This is an amazing opportunity for an HR professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment in the community services sector.
Operating from three sites, this business delivers a wide range of services to the local community with their dedicated team.
You will be responsible for: Offering proactive HR support throughout the business Providing expert advice and support to the leadership team on employee relations and performance management matters Managing onboarding, offboarding and staff training Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities Leading and managing any HR investigations Ensuring all HR activities are culturally appropriate Preparing regular HR reports for the executive leadership team You will need to possess: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills Professionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused attitude Proficiency in MS Office suite Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal This role offers the chance to work with a supportive leadership team in a fast-paced environment.
