Girton Grammar School is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our staff and school. This generalist role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.Managing compliance and maintaining accurate employee records.Preparing correspondence and assisting with HR documentation.Ensuring timely and accurate HR administration throughout the employment lifecycle.Collaborating with the HR team and school community to foster a positive workplace environment.Key Requirements: Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or similar).6 months to 3 years of entry-level HR experience, particularly in administration.Proficient IT skills, including experience with HRIS software.Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.If you are ready to bring your skills and enthusiasm to our team, we would love to hear from you!
