As an integral member of our national team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle of the firm's early career talent, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our graduates. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive support to the Early Careers recruitment team nationally, providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from application processing and interview coordination to onboarding and program management. Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns, including advertising, application management, and interview scheduling. Support the organisation of graduate events, training sessions, and other development initiatives. Manage communications with candidates, ensuring a positive experience. Maintenance of data, including within our HRIS (Workday). Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and compliance tracking to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Early Careers recruitment team. About You: We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others. This role is open to applications in Brisbane and Sydney. To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator capacity, ideally within HR. Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor. Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS (an advantage but not essential). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with ease. A team-focused approach, contributing to a positive work environment.
