Successful candidates will be placed in a pool for a period of 6 months and may be considered for temporary and ongoing positions as they arise within the team.About the RoleReporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you will provide expert consultancy services, under broad direction, in the management and delivery of a significant employee relations service which targets current and future organisational needs. Strong business partnering with business and clinical leaders and/or line managers will be the key to achieving shared organisational objectives.As a HR Business Partner, you will lead the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions across the designated Programs/Directorates in order to drive continuous improvement, performance and accountability and drive a culture that assures the achievement of the organisational workforce goals and objectives. You will be part of the Senior Leadership team within your program portfolio and be involved in the key strategic decisions and workforce planning for your program areas.You will be a valued member of the broader Workforce team, who identifies business risks and provides expert support and advice on complex HR matters. You will drive change, influence and empower leaders in performance management, grievance resolution and stakeholder engagement.
