People & Culture Business Partnering
Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 whilst partnering with site leaders across our ISS Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) contract, to drive and implement people & culture initiatives and employee engagement while enhancing retention in a generalist HR role including employee relations, reward & recognition, recruitment and learning & development.
Here is a snapshot of what you will do:

A true generalist role partnering with Operations team to ensure compliance to all People & Culture policy and standards.
Partner with our site leaders in providing HR/ER guidance, support and advice to coordinate and resolve people management issues, including grievance, complaints and investigations while developing effective recommendations and solutions to achieve best outcomes.
Proactively coach and mentor P&C team in providing effective quality people advisory, operational and tactical guidance to build credibility to our business leaders as a trusted advisor.
Drive employee recognition and performance within the contract along with supporting the ongoing development of our people.
Develop and foster critical stakeholder relationships.

Here is a snapshot of what you will bring:

Tertiary qualified in Human Resources Management, Employment Law, Business, or related discipline.
Extensive HR business partnering experience with 5 years minimum as a HR generalist in a fast-paced environment within a large scale workforce managing complex employee relations matters within current legislative framework.
Effective communication and consultation with broad range of internal and external stakeholders with a natural ability to connect, motivate, and collaborate across diverse teams within a highly regulated environment.
Experience in coaching and leading a high performing team, values driven, committed to integrity, community, and creating a supportive, inclusive culture where every team member is valued and empowered.
