As an HRBP, you'll play a pivotal role in driving people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and delivering exceptional support to our teams, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients and their families.
What you'll be doing: Provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and talent engagement to performance management and employee relations. Partner with leaders to drive performance management processes, coaching and mentoring managers to build high-performing teams. Lead investigations, address complaints, and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and best practices in procedural fairness. Develop and lead innovative wellbeing and engagement initiatives that support our workforce strategy and create a positive, supportive work environment. Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. What we're looking for: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a focus on achieving results while navigating challenges. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, with experience in HR at an advisor level. Proven ability to guide, mentor, and influence managers, particularly in performance management and building leadership capability.
