Your Responsibilities will include: Support managers in best practices for HR management, including job design, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning. Provide timely advice on HR policies, employment legislation, and industrial agreements. Facilitate corporate induction and performance review processes to enhance employee performance. Coordinate a learning and development program and annual training calendar focused on best practices. Enhance employee relations capability through coaching and guidance. Assist managers with employee performance issues and lead workplace investigations as necessary. Maintain positive relationships with unions, employer associations, and other stakeholders. Conduct HR reporting to support compliance and decision-making. Contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Perform general HR duties as required. Skills and Experience Required Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Comprehensive understanding of contemporary human resource management issues, including employment legislation, industrial awards, and agreements. Strong grasp of procedural fairness and its practical implementation. Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience in engaging with staff at all levels, unions, and other stakeholders. Ability to cultivate effective working relationships and build rapport with employees throughout the organization, including senior management, to coach, negotiate, and influence when necessary. High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality. A current satisfactory National Police. A valid WA "C" class driver's license.
