We are looking for experienced Employment Relations experts to join our team and assist our platinum clients with any ER matters they may have. Owning your portfolio of clients will allow you to navigate their complex matters through to completion. You will be working directly with Australian businesses of all shapes and sizes from a wide variety of industries across complex employment relations matters. At times, you will be the single point of contact for the client, ensuring consistency of service and technical advice.
What do you need? A minimum of 3+ years working experience as a HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of employment relations. Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation. The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
