The exciting opportunity:
6 month contract role with an immediate start
Based in South Perth with some travel across the metropolitan area to visit facilities
Report into the Human Resources Operations Manager and work alongside other Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professionals
Implement human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Help to implement new IR processes that align operations with the changing legislation
Manage grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations
Guide, coach and support managers to address employee concerns and manage their performance

About you:
A diploma or degree in Human Resources and experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
Hands on and enjoys working as a HR generalist covering strategic implementation, IR, ER and case management
Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and Australian employment legislation
Approachable, excellent communication skills and can build productive relationships based on trust and respect
Self-motivated, proactive, solution oriented, innovative, flexible and able to meet changing needs and priorities
