We're one of the nation's leading health and community services providers, offering a broad range of services for almost 50 years.Part-time 0.8 (4 days FTE)ongoing positionBased at Head Office in Ringwood, with flexible working arrangementsDue to internal movements, EACH is seeking a skilled and highly driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide business-focused, strategic, and operational HR advice and services.As one of our HRBP's, you will play a pivotal role in delivering on EACH's strategic objectives and empowering our employees to thrive.You will:Serve as a consultant to your designated portfolios, interpreting HR policies and legislation, coaching and supporting leaders on the full range of people-related matters, change management and IR queries.Work in partnership with management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.Promote new ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk.Work as part of a collaborative team where the focus is on providing the highest service to our customer, including assisting other team members when required.Qualifications We are on the lookout for anexperienced HR Generalistwho enjoys a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. At EACH we place people at the heart of everything we do and are looking for someone who shares our values.To succeed in the role of HRBP, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.Experience in employee relations and complex case management, including disciplinary processes, investigations and grievance resolution.Relevant People Business Partnering experience with demonstrated capability to interact with employees at all levels.Excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills to drive positive outcomes and build collaborative relationships.Strong strategic advisory skills, enabling you to analyse risks, make sound judgments, and solve complex problems.Experience in managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a large or complex organisation.AHRI certification, or working towards (desirable).If you enjoy working collaboratively, building relationships, and getting things done – then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!Additional Information EACH is committed to developing our people.
