This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a prestigious fashion house in their Melbourne CBD office as they embark on a new phase of growth in Australia.
Reporting to both the General Manager in Melbourne and the Global HR Director, you will be a key leader, driving HR strategy in line with the brand's evolving needs.

What they are looking for: Our Client seeks a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
You will lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development, ensuring the brand's culture of excellence is maintained.
Your creativity and strategic mindset will be vital in supporting major acquisitions and shaping the future HR landscape.

Your experience and expertise: At least 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner within luxury retail.
Impeccable presentation and an innate understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
A proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management systems.
Strong leadership and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
