Human Resources Business Partner

A manufacturing business based in Deeside is looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture and working closely with the Junior Operations HR BP, this position involves executing and implementing an aligned people strategy across the UK.
Duties include:

Closing with the Head of People & Culture and HR Business Partner to ensure the business has a robust HR function partnering with leaders and managers on all people matters.
Support on all HR matters including selection & recruitment, performance management, absence management, communications, employee engagement on developing HR policies and developing senior managers to deal with their people related issues and overview all ER cases.
Direct site support as required project work
