With 109 manufacturing sites, and 12,000+ employees, we are the Global #1 for prime labels.About the roleIn this newly created role, you will be leading the HR function across Adelaide and Perth sites and provide essential support to our leaders and teammates in enhancing the employee experience. Your responsibilities encompass the delivery of effective and efficient Human Resource practices for both locations. Operating with a customer-centricity, the HR Business Partner will provide people managers with balanced advice and support as well as providing the end-to-end HR operational needs.Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the broader regional and global HR team, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and/or supporting global, regional, and local initiatives.Duties include:Influence and guide leaders with critical workforce planning and development and change management.Contribute to the development of HR plans.Provide timely and accurate Human Resource support to people managers.Identify and deliver on agreed process improvements.Lead onboarding programs to ensure our new employee experience is best in class.Reinforce MCC's culture by leading a consistent application of policies and practices.Oversee initiatives to drive employee engagement.Facilitate communication channels across the two sites.As required, support recruitment programs and initiatives.About youStrong generalist HR background with an advanced knowledge of HR practices, principles, and employment law.A commercially astute HR practitioner with the ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Good understanding of organisational development, employee engagement and cultural transformation.Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage competing demands and priorities.HRIS systems experience and knowledge (Ceridian Dayforce experience advantageous).The benefitsCompetitive remuneration.Local & global career opportunities to develop & build your brilliant career.To help employees thrive at home & at work, we offer an Employee Assistance Program.Regular social events encouraging a fun & friendly environment.Part of an organisation that strongly believes in sustainability goals to make a difference to our planet.Apply nowAre you Interested or know someone who could be?
