Role Details
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsiblefor:
• Partnering with the business to provide strategic advice andtechnical human resource advice to support the business toeffectively lead and manage people, achieve change and businessoutcomes.
• Assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs anddelivering services to a specific portfolio within the departmentthat enhance business outcomes.
• Developing and contributing to equitable and consistentapplication of human resources management practices across thedepartment.
• Proactively contributing to workforce procedures, policiesand initiatives and support of the development andimplementation.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, businessadministration, employment law, a related discipline, orsignificant relevant experience is desirable.
Please note this role is part-time.

Salary Range: $97,022-$102,626 (ASO6)
