About the Role: This role will be an integral part of our HR Department, working closely with colleagues across several project sites.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive Human Resources support to site teams at Eastern Guruma.
Your focus will be on fostering a positive work environment for both site management and employees, advising on compliance with company policies and procedures, and assisting with disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Additionally, you will support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as employee relations, performance management, and various Human Resources initiatives.
About Us Eastern Guruma is a Civil & Mining contractor providing earthworks, construction, plant & equipment and labour services to the mining, government, civil construction & facility management sectors.

Essential Criteria: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a within a successful Corporation or SME - preferably in the mining, civil construction, or facilities management industry.
Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Strong ethics and good personal judgement.
Excellent communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset.
On Offer: Full-time permanent opportunity.
FIFO 8:6 roster.
12-hour day shift only.
Medical, PPE, and flights provided by Eastern Guruma.
On-call support for completing any required inductions/onboarding forms.
