We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing success of PHG Group.
Key Responsibilities: Provide generalist HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage employee records, ensure compliance with workplace laws, and provide advisory support on HR-related matters. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement programs. Assist with training and development initiatives for staff across the group. Liaise with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee salaries. Key Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels of staff. Mandarin language skills are highly desirable to assist with liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
