About the roleReporting directly to the Workplace Relations Specialist, the role will be responsible for:
Provide sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary matters.Maintain the Group IR Log and provide regular risk reporting.Review and appraise company policies and procedures.Conduct and report on workplace investigations.Keep abreast of legislation and regulations in HR/IR and update the business on employment-related legislative changes.Key points we foundProvide sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary matters.Review and appraise company policies and procedures and conduct workplace investigations.Maintain the Group IR Log and keep abreast of legislation and regulations in HR/IR.Minimum QualificationsDegree in Human Resources or related field.
