* Your role: Army Human Resources Administrators are like no other administrative function in the nation.
This isn't your average office job - it's better.
In an exciting twist, you'll have the opportunity to travel Australia and the world, working in a range of environments.
You'll also get to work on Navy and Air Force operations when needed.

Your Military duties include, but aren't limited to: Pay and Personnel Administration – Provide administrative support directly to military personnel, or pay and personnel administrative support for personnel Resource and Financial Management – Conduct financial resource management within a unit, encompassing a diverse range of clerical, administrative, resource and financial management duties Staff Clerk – Undertake a range of administrative and clerical support functions within a headquarters structure, such as assisting staff officers with planning, contributing to appreciations, developing orders, coordinating tasks and operational support requirements (including financial management and training area support) Data Analysis – Review data to discover useful information, inform conclusions and support decision-making You will enjoy benefits including, but not limited to: Free medical and dental, including access to allied health, rehabilitation, and mental health specialists Competitive salary package with incremental salary increases as you gain experience Generous Superannuation of 16.4% - a huge 5.4% over the Australian standard A subsidised home loan or rent allowance Allowances and bonuses which recognise specialist skills and employment types The ability to package your salary Job security Career progression and development Good work/life balance Travel opportunities Excellent social and fitness facilities Paid training Training: As part of your initial military training, you'll learn about the Army and participate in fitness sessions, weapon handling, drill and first aid.
The training will provide you with confidence and resilience and upon completion, you'll feel justifiably proud of what you have achieved.

Location: Following your initial military training, you could be posted to one of the many Army bases and units across Australia.
Human resource administrators are employed across most Army locations primarily QLD, SA and the NT.

Salary: In the Army you'll get paid a competitive salary from day one regardless of your age, experience or qualifications.
Upon commencing training, your starting salary will be approximately $56,385 per annum plus 16.4% superannuation and your pay will increase as you progress through training.

On completion of your initial military training and initial employment training, you could earn $76,700 per annum plus generous super.

Eligibility: For this role, you must:
Be at least 17 years of age when you enter the ADF Have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics Be an Australian citizen.
