Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee lifecycle data.
Prepare employment contracts and conditions of employment.
Liaise with depot management regarding staffing levels and facilitate transfers and employment conversions.
Support and liaise with other internal departments on behalf of the HR team such as Finance, Service Delivery and more Complete HR reporting and data analysis in line with operational requirements Trouble shoot Employee platform systems with users Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed About Us:   At Busways, our core focus is on quality customer service, stakeholder engagement and employee development.

What We're Looking for in the Successful Candidate: Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
