Human Resources Administration Officer Commencement Date: Monday 15th July 2024 (or by negotiation)
Employment Type: Term time, fixed term until 6th December - 30 hours per week
Roster: 7:30am-2:00pm Monday to Friday
Hourly rate: School Officer- Level 4 - $35.90 to $37.03 Gross per hour

About the Role The purpose of the Human Resources (HR) Administration Officer is to provide high level administrative support across a wide variety of HR operational processes, including the recruitment and selection of employees, staff position descriptions, leave applications, probation, induction, resignation, termination, contracts, compliance matters, staff wellbeing, goal setting, formative review process of school staff and to provide support in the application of organizational guidelines and policies.
