About the role The human resources administration officer is a fulltime position based in Townsville, reporting to the People & culture manager will be responsible for supporting the human resources team and employees across the organisation.
This position would suit someone with strong administrative skills, with a passion to commence a career in human resources.
Main Duties: The human resources administration officer key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing high quality administrative support to the human resource team Monitoring monthly employee training compliance across the organisation Organising employee induction bookings Data entry Monitoring and responding to email inboxes Managing employee ID cards and name badges About you You will bring to the role: Genuine interest in a developing a career in human resources Be extremely organised and efficient with an eye for detail Have well rounded administrative skills and experience Respect and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft office suites of programs, including outlook, word, excel and teams    Qualifications: Current drivers licence, with a vehicle which can be used for work purposes a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencing) a current yellow card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement) NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate (visit https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au to access this free module) to access this free module which takes 1 to 1 ½ hours to complete) About the offer This is a fulltime position based in Townsville.
