Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and addressing employee grievances.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Oversee internal Learning Management System – World Manager experience helpfulOversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, employee benefits, and incentive programs.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.Collaborate with the senior leadership team to contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and decision-making process.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid understanding of HR best practices and current trends.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.Ability to contribute effectively as a member of the senior leadership team.How to Apply: If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge as a member of our senior leadership team and contribute to the success of Pacific Motor Group please submit your resume and a cover letter to ******
