In this role, you will directly report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and will be part of the HR Partnering Team.As Human Resource Advisor, your duties and responsibilities will include:Providing operational and transactional Human Resource support at a local and global capacity;Providing support on various Global Human Resources Shared Service and Workday projects;Developing effective relationships with teams and managers whether they are internal (regional and in-country level) and externally (regulators and unions);Assisting the Senior HR Manager in providing day-to-day advice and support to managers in dealing with performance, coaching, counselling, and disciplinary matters that may arise;Providing operational HR/ER advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, systems, and reporting in accordance with the Fair Work Act;Supporting the induction and onboarding for new employees;Providing recruitment and talent sourcing support for non-crew roles;Assisting with injury prevention and management.Qualification, Skills & Attributes:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related or equivalent experience.Demonstrable experience creating HR processes and related procedures.Demonstrable experience in interpreting and applying Industrial Agreement and Award conditions within a complex and multi-faceted industrial landscape.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workday, or equivalent HR Information Systems.At CHC, we believe a diverse workforce makes us stronger.
