The Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator ( People Services Administrator) to support our HR team. This role focuses primarily on managing the contract variation process for employees, ensuring smooth transitions when employees move internally or change the terms of their contract's ,hours of work or promotions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to HR processes and activities.
You will provide essential support to the HR shared services team and assist with various HR enquiriesAssist with the preparation and updating of employment contractsAt peak periods or times would be involved in managing some of the overflow, or covering whilst other team members are on leaveThe Person: The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary HR qualification (or currently completing) with knowledge and understanding on Employment Contracts/IR legislationIn addition, experience in a similar HR role, with proficiency in e-contracts modules and exposure to working with specialist HR teams, including workplace relations, immigration, and payrollKnowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacyStrong influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple HR tasks with a keen attention to detailConfidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information The Benefits: Compass Group is an organisation that's proud of its great people.
