We are looking for an experienced Human Capital (HC) Coordinator to work closely with the Human Capital departments across all locations and will be integral member of the onshore Human Capital team in Australia. This position will be required to effectively support the team with HC and payroll administration.
This position is an onshore position and will be based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Support the HC team in the recruitment and selection, onboarding, orientation, performance dialogues and exit interviews for onshore and offshore personnel in accordance with procedures.Ensure information is maintained and up to date in HC information systems for all onshore and offshore personnel.Support with employee relations initiatives, including employee events and rewards & recognition programs.Provide support with regards to payroll processing including updating employee records, providing information to employees and monthly payroll reporting.Ensure personnel information in payroll system is timely and accurate.Responsible for intranet updates and employee communicationsQualifications Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or a similar field, however relevant experience may replace formal education.Experienced working in a similar role, ideally in the offshore FPSO industry.Team player, able to assist, interact and cooperate with others.Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.We are seeking individuals who not only resonate with our core values - LEAD (Leverage the Team, Excellence, Accountability, Development) with Integrity but also have a proactive approach to problem-solving, are attentive to details, have excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively across the teams."
