Our ideal candidate will have:
Proven Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading technical or customer service teams. Customer Service Expertise: Experience in managing customer-facing teams and resolving complex client issues. Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal. Cyber Security Knowledge: A solid understanding of cyber security principles, data breach response, and privacy laws (Australia and NZ).
