Reporting to the National HSW Projects & Systems Manager, in the HSW function, this role provides two critical functions in supporting Healthscope to deliver on:
Leading projects that relate to employee wellbeing, risk reduction programs or management system development.Leading the HSW reporting program, ensuring through high quality data and analysis, and reporting system administration, Healthscope's safety performance data is supporting improvement across the organisation.About You You are passionate about keeping people safe, and understand the connection between good reporting and project management and improved safety performance.You have experience in delivering health and safety, or related, performance reporting in complex organisations.You have strong problem solving skills.You are super organised, and have great time management skills.You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a health and safety or related role.Why Healthscope When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.
