Major water infrastructure projects across Tasmania as part of the TasWater $1.1 billion capital works program Timely, cost effective, and quality capital works solutions for all stakeholders Improved safety outcomes Capacity and capability to transition the program back to TasWater post completion The necessary framework for emergent projects About the Role TasWater CDO have a requirement for a HSEQ Manager to join our programs team. This role provides leadership, advice and support in driving exceptional HSEQ performance through alignment and delivery of the TW CDO Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) programs.
What will your day look like in this role: Setting up and managing whole HSEQ program including systems, governance, and onsite audits Manage Health & safety, Environment, and Quality teams with supportive leadership Mentorship of Quality team Work closely with the Alliance Program Manager on reporting process What will you bring to the role: Health & Safety degree qualified, and minimum 10 years Health & Safety, and 5 years Environmental management experience. Strong HSE Solution Focused mindset where obstacles can be overcome. Experience in Health and Safety Management on major infrastructure projects in utilities, oil & gas or energy. Demonstrated leadership capability managing geographically dispersed teams.
