Aestec Services are looking for a new HSEQ Advisor based at our Head Office in Gladstone.
This is a residential role based in Gladstone and not suited to FIFO / DIDO. ABOUT US AESTEC Services are a renowned leader in the Civil Construction and Maintenance industry, we hold numerous maintenance and project contracts with major industrial companies in Gladstone.

Responsibilities: Promote a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice HSE systems in the workplace.Monitor daily site tasks and provide advice on risks and controls.Develop and implement improvement strategies to improve all HSEQ performance objectives using lead and lag data.Provide coaching and development of all HSEQ aspects for all Aestec employees as required.Investigate incidents and progress all actions to completion to ensure no recurrence.Undertake audits to verify compliance.Implement and maintain a HSEQ and Business Risk register to identify the risk profile and major hazards.To be successful in this role you will have: Intermediate or advanced computer and MS Office skills.Previous experience in a HSEQ role within the Civil Construction industrySound business management skills including running meetings, data analysis and report writing skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.High level of organisational skills and ability to self-motivate and achieve deadlines.Ability to learn new information quickly and adapt to changing requirements.The perks at Aestec Services: We offer permanent, full-time position with ongoing work.Gladstone based, be home every night.Career progression and training opportunities, be recognized for your contribution and your hard work.Monthly recognition award programGreat employee benefits including discounted gym membership, access to Converge – a leading employee assistance program & more.
