)Strong team culture with a superior retention rate.Long term career move with promotional opportunities.Solid client portfolio & strong pipeline of top-tier local projects.Established business with a strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.Requirements: Min 3 years' experience within a Tier 1 or 2 BuilderCert IV or Diploma Work Health SafetyPossess a valid WA Manual Drivers LicenceExcellent written communication and interpersonal skillsSound computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and HSEQ software systemsExcellent organisational and time management skillsSound ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and complex problem solvingExperience auditing construction projectsExposure investigating incidents utilising the ICAM methodology/ 5 Whys etc.Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders of the businessKey Responsibilities: Support company operations in all aspects of HSEQ as requiredManage the incident investigation and emergency response program, acting as the lead investigator for all incidents, coordinating and developing effective actions to prevent re-occurrencePositively influence, and advise Leaders and workforce on Health and Safety requirements under Workplace Health & Safety LegislationUndertake construction project audits to ensure contractors and workers are complying with all requirements of the specific Project HSEQ Management Plan and Federal Safety Commission requirementsDesigning, developing and delivering training programs to support the company's Safe system of workDeveloping and maintaining HSEQ documentation to ensure continuous improvement in HSEQ and training as applicableCollating HSEQ data, developing risk mitigation strategies, delivering presentations and reports to executive management and other stakeholdersAdvise on relevant WHS legislation and review changes to legislative requirements for all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand is desirableHow to apply:
