Qualifications You will bring along the following:
Three to five years' experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar role, preferably within the civil or road construction industry. Strong background in safety, environmental, and quality management systems. Proficiency with 3D Safety and other safety IT platforms is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to work & live away from home. Australian Driver's License and White card are essential. Responsibilities The role will be responsible for:
Conducting site inspections and audits to monitor adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards. Ensuring all workplace incidents are reported, thoroughly investigated, and corrective actions implemented. Leading and mentoring delivery teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of safety systems and procedures. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence of operators and staff. Collaborating with team members to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Measuring and reporting on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
