PERMANENT POSITION - PILBARA REGION HSE Manager - CIVIL CONTRACTOR $200-220K + 20% Uplift+ Super with additional Living Allowance Package for locals. The Opportunity:
Our client is a Civil Construction Contractor , we are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee safety operations across multiple civil construction projects in the Pilbara region.
This role offers an attractive package, with either a 2/1 FIFO or local arrangement in Karratha (with a living allowance for local candidates).
As the HSE Manager, you will lead a group of four advisors and be responsible for developing and implementing safety systems and processes.
You will manage safety across various sites, including earthworks, roadworks, and asphalt services, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.
The Requirements: Proven experience in civil construction safety, with a focus on system and process developmentICAM Lead investigatorExperience managing a small team of safety advisorsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to a growing businessLocal to the Pilbara region or willing to work FIFO 2/1 from PerthIf you're a safety-focused leader with a background in civil construction and experience building systems, we want to hear from you.
