We work for large global customers, governments, and contractors conducting meaningful work that makes you proud.This role is a rare opportunity for an experienced self-motivated admin staff to join our dynamic and supportive team.A growing business with opportunities to apply your already established broad experience in stakeholder engagement and administration throughout our businesses.Permanent full time.A fast-paced, friendly and supportive working environment located at our offices on Northbourne Ave (parking provided).Be part of a team that works to develop and deliver solutions to customers you will be pleased to say you achieved.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop, implement and coordinate HSE programs and systems to meet our company's objectives & legislative requirements.Ability to encourage a strong safety culture; identify & coordinate training gaps.Identify risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor outcomes.Incident management; coordinate and conduct investigations to find the causes and identify mitigation strategies to prevent re-occurrence.Monitor and continually improve policies and procedures.Conduct return to work coordinator activities to ensure injury management, WorkCover and return to work programs are managed effectively.Work in the field among the crew; on-site compliance, site inspections and conduct Toolbox Talks promoting safety awareness throughout the site workforce.Report and maintain registers in the office.Undertake annual safety audits and coordinate annual third-party audits for safety, quality and environmental requirements.Schedule and organise plant and machinery repairs and servicing using Gearbox & Plant Assessor programs.About you:You have a strong bias for action, a self-starter, tenacious, results and solutions-driven with the desire to make a positive impact.Hold relevant H&S qualifications (minimum qualification of Certificate IV in OHS) with an up-to-date understanding and interest in HSEQ legislation.Hold a Training & Assessment and Senior First Aid Certificate.How to apply:If you believe this opportunity matches your experience, skills and work approach, and you are looking to join a progressive company, then send your application to
