UGL Major Projects division is expecting significant growth for 2025 in Western Australia as we support large Building Services Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for locals and those open to FIFO and DIDO roles. As a result, we have an Expression of Interest for HSE Coordinator role.
Managing and administration of HSEQ Management systems.Undertaking workplace inspections and assisting in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.Assist in incident investigations and management.Participate in safety inductions, training of all employees, and the maintenance of training records.Contributing and coordinating of Toolbox meetings.Monthly HSE performance collation of information / reporting for internal and external stakeholders.About you Certificate IV, Diploma and/or tertiary qualifications in WHS.A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of the WHS, Environment and Workers Compensation legislation.Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.Experience working on large accommodation villages made up of modular buildings or similar types of projects.UGL – Big projects.
