Our client is looking for a HSE Advisor to join them on a permanent basis working in Wagerup. The role is a 3:1 roster or DIDO (13-day fortnight with 1 week off).Requirements:Assist HSE Manager in preparing and finalizing HSE plan based on the Clients master plan and making sure all the personnel and contractors are abiding by the highest possible safety culture to avoid incidents and minimize the LTI's.Full time presence in all the daily activities of the contractors for a safe and smooth management of the site.Assisting HSE manager in the establishment and full control of the first aid room on site to respond to any unwanted situation including personal involvement in the management of possible injuries and incidents from preparing the incident report to taking the individual to hospital.Assisting the HSE manager in management of the environmental issues on site including sediment control installation and all state/ government requirements on site which are mentioned in the client's environmental plan and targets.Drafting and reviewing the HSE report if needed.Overseeing and managing the HSE matters from the Sub-contractors.Liaising with the Client and local council and communities for HSE matters.Any other project related responsibilities which would be allocated and passed by HSE Manager.Pre-Employment Requirement:Microsoft office advanced level.Provide all relevant Certificates and licences.Comfortable to understand & display & champion SEPD values.Completion of HSC or higher.Be willing to undergo pre-employment assessments, including Police Checks, Psychometric & Medical Assessments.Skills & Attributes:Willingness to be coached and take instruction from management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated.Results oriented.Ability to analyse data and determine appropriate actions.Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize & exercise discretion.
