Savanna has an opportunity for an additional two (2) HSE Advisor to join our growing HSE team to support our Field Operations. Now is a great time to join Savanna as we onboard a new Clients as well as a new Rig that has just arrived in the country. Point of hire is Toowoomba.

To apply, you should have: Minimum qualification level of Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety. Diploma in Work Health & Safety highly regarded. 3 years' experience within a HSE type role or be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Risk Management practices and Incident Investigation techniques within a heavy industry Knowledge of behaviour-based programs What you'll be doing: Under the direction of the HSE Manager and HSE Leads, you will be working a 14 days on and 14 days off roster, with your back to back and will be the frontline day to day focal point for HSE across drilling, well servicing and transport activities Conduct, and participate in the Control Effectiveness Audits as per the Audit and Inspection Schedule Provide coaching and direction on the Savanna Assist and Assure program including facilitating the Assure Audits Provide investigation facilitation expertise for incidents across the business Provide risk management coaching to support sound decision making at the shift supervision levels.
