Lead site safety inspections and OE/COEM assurance reviews.
Oversee site-based Safety Case and EP assurance activities.
Champion site safety culture and ensure alignment with Chevron's Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) principles.
Participate in site safety leadership meetings.
Ensure compliance with Chevron's contract HSE requirements at the site.
Participate in progress meetings, walkthroughs, and implementation of IIF and Incident Investigation & Reporting (II&R).
Ensure contractors follow safe work practices on drilling and/or construction sites.
Assist with OIC II&R investigations as required.
Coordinate external regulator audits.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance in oil and gas environments.
Proven ability to lead safety inspections and assurance reviews.
Experience with Safety Case, EP assurance, and regulatory audits.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with site leadership and contractors.
Knowledge of Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) principles and their implementation.
