The HSE Advisor will be responsible for supporting delivery of Packages andScopes of Work as defined by the Project HSE Manager.
All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culturewithin Subsea 7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codesand practices.
POSITION OVERVIEWGeneric Key Responsibilities & Activities: Support a positive HSE culture and behavior across Subsea 7 and theProject, particularly within their sphere of influenceChampion the Project 7 Safe P Critical Safety Behaviors Programmed, setting the tone and leading by exampleContribute to the functional strategies and plansResponsible for the efficient, timely, accurate, and cost-effectiveManagement and delivery of the function's activities within the designated area of responsibilityAligns Company HSE Plan, objectives, and systems with project requirementsPartner with senior managers to maintain positive client relationsSupports project leadership in implementing the management systemResponsible for the coordination, preparation, and delivery of the Project HSE Plan(s)Supervises, coordinates and monitors HSE performance on projectsAssists project management team(s) in defining its HSE resourcerequirementsIdentifies and co-ordinates worksite deployed HSE personnelEnsure HSEQ capitalizes from Lessons Learned and is performed inUnder best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistentlyContribute to the professional development of the HSE Function KEY QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Professional qualifications in either of the HSE disciplines or similarQualified and experienced Auditor, recommended · Subsea operations knowledge.Relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in the Subsea or offshore environment OUR OFFERWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
