We are recruiting on behalf of a leading drilling services company in WA, offering an exciting opportunity for a HSE Advisor to support multiple sites across WA.
Key Accountabilities: As the HSE Advisor, you will report directly to the HSE Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of onsite workers.
Working across various locations, you will provide support, guidance, and technical advice to the operational teams, ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.
Provide HSE support, advice, and conduct site inspections/audits at remote mining locations.Lead incident investigations (ICAM), review procedures, and develop WHS policies.Assist drill crews in risk management and ensure compliance with safety standards.Maintain HSE management systems, data registers, and perform testing/tagging at remote sites.To be successful in this role, you'll need: Mining experience in a HSE role, preferably coupled with some drilling experience.WHS Diploma and ICAM investigation training required.Proven ability to coach supervisors and frontline workers effectively.Strong organisational skills and willingness to work across multiple remote sites.How to Apply: If this sounds like the next step in your career, please click APPLY or contact Fergus Maclean on for a confidential discussion.
