UGL's Manufacturing and Maintenance business are on the search for a highly experienced HSE Advisor join the team, located at our Bassendean facility.
About your role
Your role will support the Senior Operations Manager to facilitate effective implementation of HSE, Rail Safety, Workers' Compensation & Injury Management and Environmental processes and systems.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, your duties will include:
Assist in developing and delivering improvement initiativesAdvise and coach Operational Managers, Supervisors and Workers regarding achieving compliance and best practice for WHS, Workers'Compensation & Injury Management, Rail Safety and Environmental mattersProvide HSE Assurance and due diligence support, including undertaking internal audits and facilitating external auditsLead or review Incident Investigations, as required About you
You will have demonstrated experience in a Health & Safety role within the Construction, Infrastructure or any high-risk industry.
To be successful in the role, you will also have the following skills & experience:
