With a proud track record of injecting over $250 million into local economies through wages and substantial investments in cutting-edge plant and equipment, KBSS remains dedicated to fostering growth opportunities for both the traditional owners and residents of the Pilbara region.Role Overview:KBSS is seeking a suitably experienced HSE Advisor, based in Karratha or surrounding areas, to join our Team in the Pilbara Region based at our client site on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities at project sites, including HSE reporting and administrative tasks.Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures across the business.Engage with Superintendents, Supervisors, other employees, and Client Representatives to ensure HSE processes are effectively applied and verified on site.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits.Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and escalate issues to the HSE Specialist as needed.Provide support in coordinating injury and illness management.Other HSE duties as required to support project needs.Key Requirements:We're looking for candidates that possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic with the following key qualifications and skills:Certificate IV in Occupational Health and SafetyConstruction White CardValid C Class Driver's LicenceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTime management and organisational skillsIncident Investigation Training (desired, not essential)Ready to Apply?
