Health, Safety & Environment (Construction)Core Talent are excited to be partnering with a leading Tasmanian owned enterprise with a strong national footprint, demonstrating a long history in delivering an extensive range of construction expertise across the entirety of this great country. Specialising in large-scale, complex projects our client is well known for providing excellence and innovation in every project they undertake.Due to the continued expansion of their core business, we're now on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager to join their Tasmanian business locally and be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects exceeding $50mil in value. With projects consisting of both brown and greenfield sites, works are heavily focused on effective project delivery and budgetary management. The successful applicant will be responsible for all communications with both clientele and relevant statutory authorities along with the simultaneous management of site operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans for large-scale, complex civil and infrastructure construction projects.Proactively oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with current legislations, codes, and standards.Act as the primary intermediary liaison among project stakeholders, maintaining exceptional communication.Provide detailed written communication on a regular basis to keep stakeholders informed.Maintain a focus on project budgets, analysing variances and providing general reporting.Uphold the company's commitment to excellence and innovation in construction.Qualifications & RequirementsA technical background in managing complex infrastructure projects.Formal Project Management accreditation in line with AIPM, Diploma, PMBOK as example.Demonstrated experience in delivering projects of at least $20 million or more.High-level business and commercial acumen.Excellent working environment and earning capacityOpportunities for career growth and advancement.Exposure to high-profile, challenging and nationally critical projects.A supportive and collaborative team and workplace flexibilityShould this role be of interest, please "apply now", additionally contact Sam Jones via 03 6338 9889 for a confidential discussion regarding this position and other future opportunities.Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.What can I earn as a Health Safety and Environment Adviser#J-18808-Ljbffr
