We're actively pursuing project opportunities in Solar, BESS, and Wind, as well as hybrid fossil fuel generation, hydrogen, and ammonia projects.As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Collie BESS 2 project team.ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFERIt is a site-based DIDO role, and you should be based in WA.The HSE Advisor will report directly to the Project Manager & HSE Manager.
You will be responsible for providing HSE advice, support, and direction to our project delivery teams on all HSE-related matters.Main responsibilities include:Providing a timely and responsible S&H serviceInvolvement with the development of Work Packs – methodology and Risk assessmentsEnsuring compliance with the agreed methodology of activity as per the Work Pack and compliance with the organization's S&H policy, procedures, and legislative requirementsAssisting in investigating incidents and accidents, and responding with corrective actionsConducting regular synergy mobility inspections and audits.The successful candidate will require:Minimum certificate 4 in OH&S management; ideally, a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline.Strong experience in a similar site-based role in the construction industryRobust understanding of the WHS Act and RegulationsExperience in Safety Management System implementationPlease note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
