Your opportunity: Become an integral part of our team as an HSE Advisor based in our Wingfield, Adelaide office. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the success of our high-impact projects across both rural and metropolitan areas, using your expertise to lead safety initiatives and drive on-site excellence.
You will bring along the following: Three to five years' experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar role, preferably within the civil or road construction industry.Strong background in safety, environmental, and quality management systems.Proficiency with 3D Safety and other safety IT platforms is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Flexibility to work & living away from home.Australian Driver's License and White card are essential.The role will be responsible for: Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.Ensure all workplace incidents are reported, thoroughly investigated and corrective actions implemented.Lead and mentor delivery teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of safety systems and procedures.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and confidence of operators and staff.Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Measure and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Assist with the ongoing development and enhancement of our Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System.Why Bild Group?
