This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and offers a family friendly 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth to the WA-based sites.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and implement HSE policies and procedures to manage and mitigate workplace risks.Facilitate pre-start meetings with an emphasis on safety and compliance.Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations following the ICAM process.Support drill crews in adopting best safety practices and fostering a safety-first mindset.Assist with the development and maintenance of WHS plans and operational procedures.Manage HSE data and reporting through management software.Perform testing and tagging of equipment at various remote locations.What's On Offer: Permanent position with an attractive salary.2:1 FIFO roster from Perth for work-life balance.Work across a range of sites, including remote and challenging environments.Immediate start with opportunities for career growth.Skills/experience required: Accredited tertiary qualification in HSEQ (minimum Diploma level-education with WHS and ICAM training).A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the drilling industry within Australia (preferably diamond).Hold full Australian working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency).Valid training and assessment qualifications to implement internal programs.Experienced in coaching supervisors and frontline workers.Solid organisational skills.Ability to work autonomously and with a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.Proven performance on successful projects with exemplary safety track records.Willing and ability to travel long-distances for site-inspections.Previous mining experience preferred.If you meet the above requirements and believe this is the opportunity for you, apply today!
