About the role
This is an Expression of Interest for an HSE Administrator.
UGL Major Projects division is expecting significant growth for 2025 in Western Australia as we support large Building Services Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for locals and those open to FIFO and DIDO roles.

Develop and maintain HSE records and systems.
Nurture a culture of inclusion, responsiveness, honesty, and accountability.
Ensure that all personnel are aware of the HSE system requirements and manage invitations and attendance records for training activities as required.
Collate the first aid, accident, and incident statistics and prepare monthly safety reports.
Work with the Safety Committee and Chair to record regular meetings.
Prepare and minute monthly toolbox discussion papers.
Manage the collation and input of site safety inspections or relevant inspection records.
Preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders where required.

About you

Certificate IV, Diploma, and/or tertiary qualifications in WHS.
Effectively administer outlined changes for the Projects Health & Safety System including policy and procedures.
Be conversant with the requirements of the State WHS Act and Regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Experience working on large accommodation villages made up of modular buildings or similar types of projects.
