Introduction
We are seeking an HRIS and Administration Officer to join our HR team on a 12 month contract.
Based from our busy West Perth office, you will report to the Reward and Benefit Manager, APA.

This role is immediately available and is a great opportunity for a professional seeking to develop broader HR skills and to progress their career with a global business.

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the Australia wide HR team.

What you'll do
Preparation of letter and contract variations Maintenance of employee records and electronic files Ensure date integrity and accuracy within the HRIS Preparing HR reports and statistics Supporting with general HR issues Respond in an efficient and timely manner Support with ongoing ad hoc projects Who you are
A high level of administrative skills Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail – clear communication is key here Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel Quality driven with the ability to optimise processes Adaptable with a passion for teamwork and service delivery Comfortable investigating and asking questions Able to pick up processes and systems quickly Experience with Success Factors would be an advantage A degree or qualification in HR would be advantageous (not essential) What's in it for you
