Overview of the role We are currently seeking a highly collaborative and energetic HR Training Coordinator to join our team.
This role is the perfect balance of desk-based computer work and time in the field, collaborating with the plant teams to achieve training outcomes.
This is a residential full-time role based in Port Pirie, South Australia; however, we are open to offering part-time (0.8) for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Collaborate and communicate effectively with leaders and team members to achieve training goals and objectivesSupport leaders to achieve training compliance and coordinate training development opportunitiesExecute timely and accurate data entry and reportingContribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideasTake ownership and have the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesQualifications, Skills & Experiences: Experience within the mining or heavy industry environment, experience in a similar role and/or Training & Assessor qualifications is advantageous.Proven experience in collaborating with others and working effectively in a teamProficiency in IT Systems and Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointPositive attitude and ability to motivate others to drive outcomesPlanned and organised approach to workWhat does working for Nyrstar mean?
